CHARGES

This gite connects with its neighbour, LE POULAILLER by a double door on the first floor. So, it is possible to stay for a large family or friends while keeping your privacy.

Distinct gite in stone walls : Old restored forge situated in the yard facing the main house and close to the swimming-pool.
Ground floor : Direct entrance on the living room, 3 seats sofa, 5 seats bench, coffee table, televison and wood stove. Large and sunny adjacent kitchen fully equipped (gas cooker, dish-washer, washing-machine, electric oven, micro-wave, fridge and freezer). Cupboard and table for 6/8 persons. Glass door giving on the outside private dining area.
First floor : Landing and corridor, 1 bedroom with a king size bed, adjacent toilets, wardrobe, a shower room with shower, washbasin and toilets. Another shower room with shower and washbasin.
Second floor : 1 bedroom with a king size bed, storage compartment under the bed and locker on wheels. Dormitory atmosphere on the large adjacent landing with 2 simple beds, a drawer bed and a folding bed. Storage compartment and locker on wheels hidden by a double curtain.
Private terrace with garden set and barbecue giving on the yard and the swimming pool.
COSTS
Electricity and heating by electric convectors are in additional charge to the price of the renting.
(consumption noted down at the beginning and at the end of the stay, 10 KW offered per day ).
